Monday's meeting will be at Old Pike Country Club from 6-8 pm. Admission is $3 to swim. Families are welcome. There will be hotdogs and chips. Those new Scouts that have not been to Bartle last year will be needing to take a swim test.
We are looking for an adult to head up the Scout Popcorn Sales which will start up in August/September. This would be a great way to help out our Troop and help the Scouts as they use this as a fundraiser. Please let me know if interested and will provide you more details.
Permission slips for June campout can be brought to the Troop meeting at Old Pike. Meal planning will be done on the June 11th meeting.
Health forms can also be turned in at the meeting this Monday. All Scouts and Adults will need to have a BSA physical form turned in with a health care provider signature before they can attend Bartle.
Everyone going to Bartle to will need a footlocker. We would like this type of footlocker below to be used. This is important as we load the trailer for Bartle, packing the trailer is more organized and space efficient if the same size footlockers are used. Here is the website.
Bartle will be here before we know it. Today is a good day to start pushing the water intake.
Please also make sure you let Mike Dunn know if you have any dietary needs that we can give them advance notice for. This can include food allergies, vegetarian request, and also others that we have not thought of.
We are just over a month away from Bartle, so preparation will become become more importation. I will also try to update the Troop Website regarding announcements so that way Scouts can also monitor.
